Scoot Pads
Scoot Pads are used for horses with sore soles or as a filler if your horse is between two sizes. We only recommend pads if they are needed for one of these two reasons. Most horses do not need pads in their Scoot Boots. Using pads can affect the fit of the boot and you may need to go up a size.
Scoot Pads are made of TPU and are designed to help horses that are sole-sore or between two sizes.
Which size?
Scoot Pads size depends on which boot size you have and follows the same size chart as the corresponding boot size.
Scoot Pads sizes 000–2 are 3 mm thick
Scoot Pads sizes 3–8 are 4 mm thick
If you use the Scoot SLIM you will need to trim the pad to fit the boot.
