Prices and payment
Each item on www.scootboots.se is listed with a price including VAT. In the shopping cart, you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment. Payment terms are indicated in the shopping cart depending on the selected payment method.
A shipping cost of 59 SEK is charged on all orders. You will be notified via SMS or email when it is time to pick up your item when the item is sent to an pic up station.
Payment is made via our payment partner SVEA Ekonomi. With SVEA, you pay easily and safely. Choose to complete the purchase directly with VISA, MasterCard, Swish or pay later by invoice. Read more at www.svea.com.
Payment by invoice
We offer payment by invoice within Sweden in collaboration with SVEA ekonomi. In order to be able to order by an invoice, you must be 18 years old and be registered in Sweden and be approved by the credit check department. Companies that pay by invoice must be registered in Sweden and must pay the invoice within 30 days. The invoice will be sent separately by e-mail to the e-mail address you enter at checkout. In the event of late payment, a payment reminder is sent, whereby a statutory reminder fee of currently SEK 60 is added. Remember to always pay the invoice on time, even for returned goods, as delivery time plus handling of the return may exceed the due date of the invoice. We also charge late payment interest at 2% per month from the due date of the invoice. In the event of non-payment, the case is handed over to debt collection, whereby a statutory debt collection fee of currently SEK 180 is added. SVEA reserves the right to refuse delivery in individual cases and to review the customer’s creditworthiness.
Information on pledging
When paying against an invoice, the invoice will be pledged to SVEA Ekonomi AB, 556489-2924.
Right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cancellation period begins on the day you received the item.
You do not have the right to cancel if:
The item is visibly used, scratched, dirty and or the manual/labels are missing. Nor about goods or if the goods have been manipulated or installed ice studs. Nor if the boots have been reshaped with, for example, a heat gun or boiling wather.
When you use your right of withdrawal, you are obliged to keep the item in the same new condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost, you lose the right of cancellation.
When you return an item, you must send the item back with a trackable shipping option to adress: Scootboots C/o Swedcirc AB. Do not send the packet to a pic up station, these package will not be picked up!
Change of size/returns
If you wish to change the size or return the item, you need to send the item back to us and use your 14-day right of withdrawal. Return your item with trackable option to adress: Scootboots C/o Swedcirc AB. Do not send the packet to a pic up station, these package will not be picked up! The right to return or exchange an item applies within 14 days of receiving the item. You place a new order for the new item via the web shop. We will credit you via SVEA after we have received and approved the returned item.
Scootboots are allowed to be tried on, but not ridden or let the horse walk around with the boots on the hoof. It is important to have a clean and scratch-free surface. Place a properly covering protection lika a big towel on the floor so that the horse do not scratch the boots. Put on a plastic bag and or a sock around the hoof before testing. Do not try the boots in a box. You should be able to send the boots back in perfect condiotion. Do not open any brochures and labels or accessories until you know the boots are the correct size. We do not credit the full value of visibly used, damaged or dirty items.
In the case of returns of visibly tried/scratched boots or in the absence of accessories and/or labels, you are offered to get the item back for a shipping cost, alternatively we keep the item for a fee that covers handling and shipping costs, which is currently 500 SEK.
Guarantees and service
For any complaints contact info@scootboots.se. Usually the boots have a 3 month warranty against manufacturing defects. Swedish sales law applies. The warranty does not apply in case of mishandling of the product, accident after the customer has received the product. Nor when buying the wrong size which becomes apparent after using the boots. The guarantee can consist of repair for which the seller is responsible, price reduction, exchange of goods or alternatively credit.
If there is a fault with the product, the fault must be reported within a reasonable time, which is a maximum of 2 months after the fault was discovered. According to the law, this is called “within a reasonable time”. In the event of an approved complaint, the item is replaced with a new one or with a credit. In the event of an approved complaint, the seller is responsible for the shipping costs.
Private Policy
When you place your order, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. In that case, contact us via e-mail.

Deliveries and shipping
The delivery time for goods in stock is approx. 2-3 working days within Sweden. Any delayed delivery times may occur. Shipping costs within Sweden is charged on all orders of 59 SEK and outside Sweden a fixed fee of 59 SEK is added.
Unclaimed package
Unclaimed goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fee, currently 200 SEK.
Refund obligation:
If you have exercised your right of cancellation, we shall refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item or, if it is a service, the notification that you have canceled. You must pay the return costs yourself when you send the item back. We always pay the return cost for sending back so-called replacement goods. Reseller Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions apply to the Scoot Boots Scandinavia range displayed on www.scootboots.se. Prices are displayed after logging in with reseller authorization.
Terms:
1. Retailers must follow the supplier’s recommendations for handling and selling the products covered by these conditions.
2. Dealers and their staff must receive appropriate training. We offer product training to all our new dealers. Book your training by emailing us at info@scootboots.se.
Scootboots Scandinavia recommends that all retailers: 1. Familiarize yourself with Scootboot’s informational videos available at scootboots.se and Youtube (search term: scootboots).
2. Follow our size and fit recommendations by reading our Fitting and Sizing guide here: https://scootboots.se/storkel-passform/.
3. For farriers, order a bag of Scootboots and a bag of Scoot Adjust (formerly Enduro) sizing shells to help customers find the right size. Store owners can also rent sizing shells to your customers.
4. Learn how to install ice studs on the scootboots and teach your customers.
5. Learn how to reshape the Scootboots with a heat gun or boiling water.
6. Familiarize yourself with our most common accessories to recommend them when needed, such as Mud Straps, Anti Slip Shims, ice studs, pads, wedge pad and Gaiters.

Price
As a retailer, you have the opportunity to buy our products at the prices shown on www.scootboots.se after logging in. We reserve the right to make price adjustments. Recommended retail price (RRP) can be found at www.scootboots.se and should be used as a guideline for your pricing.
Payment terms
We offer payment by invoice to our Swedish dealers in collaboration with SVEA Ekonomi AB. Swedish companies that pay by invoice must pay within 30 days. Late payment incurs a statutory reminder fee of SEK 60 and 2% interest per month from the due date of the invoice. Non-payment results in collection, with a statutory collection fee of currently SEK 180. SVEA reserves the right to refuse delivery and reassess the customer’s creditworthiness. When paying by invoice, the invoice is pledged to SVEA Ekonomi AB. For customers outside Sweden, we require direct purchase with VISA or MasterCard. The prices are shown without VAT. Payment terms are specified in the shopping cart based on the selected payment method. Retailers should check their home country’s VAT and tax payment rules.
Delivery and storage conditions
Delivery and storage are handled by Tidsam AB in Värnamo. Shipping cost within Sweden is SEK 144 ex VAT for orders under SEK 5000 ex VAT. Shipping costs outside Sweden are added and shown at checkout. DB SCHENKER is used for shipping within Sweden and UPS is used for shipping outside Sweden. Tidsam AB reserves the right to change delivery options if necessary. Warehouse hours are 07:00 – 16:00 on weekdays, closes at 15:00 the day before a holiday. Warehouse address: Scootboots C/O Tidsam AB, Rörläggarvägen 7, 331 53 Värnamo. A fee of SEK 300 is added for unclaimed packages.
Transfer of risk and responsibility: Responsibility for the goods being transferred from the supplier to the retailer upon delivery. The supplier is responsible for any damage that occurs prior to delivery, provided it is not caused by the retailer. Even after delivery, the supplier is responsible for pre-existing damage. Any transport damage must be reported directly to the shipping company upon receipt of goods.
Marketing
Retailers are responsible for marketing the products at their own expense. The supplier will provide necessary product information for marketing purposes. Retailers should establish a marketing plan in accordance with applicable regulations and laws. Marketing materials are available at www.scootboots.se, including a downloadable logo that must contain the text “approved dealer.”
Exclusivity
These Terms do not grant the Reseller exclusive rights to sell the Covered Products.
Force Majeure
If either party is prevented from fulfilling its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, it shall be released from its obligations under this Agreement without liability.
Warranty and service: For any complaints, please contact us at info@scootboots.se. The boots usually come with a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Swedish sales law applies. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, mishandling, accidents or incorrect sizing. Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time. In the event of an approved complaint, the product will be replaced or credited.

When you place an order with us, we collect and store your personal data. By registering and placing an order, you agree that we may use your data to fulfill the agreement with you. You have the right to access the information we have stored about you in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
