Withdraw from your purchase

As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance selling law, counted from the day you received the goods. You can withdraw from your purchase online here – fill in the form and you will receive a confirmation by email straight away.

When you send the request you will immediately receive a confirmation by email. We refund you within 14 days of receiving your request. We may wait with the refund until we have received the goods back or you have shown that you have sent them.
