3 Degree Wedge

The 3 Degree Wedge is a wedge pad for your Scootboots. It fits the Scootboot Classic and ScootAdjust and is made of soft rubber. The pack contains two wedge pads.

When do your Scootboots need a wedge pad?

The heels are the rear part of the hoof. When they are low and angled forward under the hoof (underrun), the hoof angle becomes too flat. This strains the deep digital flexor tendon and may therefore require a wedge pad. A wedge pad is a wedge-shaped insert that raises the heels and restores the correct hoof angle. If you are unsure, contact your farrier or our customer service.

Choose the size of your wedge pad for Scootboots

The size of the wedge pad depends on the size of your boots. In fact, it follows the same size chart as the boots and comes in sizes 000–9. If you use the slim model, trim the sides of the pad with scissors. You will find all measurements in our size chart.
