EQUNIQUE® Hoof Tar Spray

EQUNIQUE® Hoof Tar Spray is a handy spray for daily hoof care. The spray contains beech tar and protects from moisture and dirt. In this way, it helps maintain a strong, healthy hoof and frog. The bottle holds 250 ml.

What is beech tar?

Beech tar is tar that comes from beech wood through dry distillation. With this spray, you therefore get the beech tar in a form that is easy to use.

Safety

The hoof tar spray is an aerosol, in other words a spray bottle with propellant gas under pressure. Among other things, it contains dimethyl ether, alcohol and wood tar. Signal word: Danger.

• Causes skin irritation.
• May cause an allergic skin reaction.
• Causes serious eye irritation.
• Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

Keep the bottle away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. Also avoid breathing the spray, and wear protective gloves and eye protection. Protect the bottle from sunlight and store it in a well-ventilated place. Then dispose of the contents and the bottle in accordance with local regulations.

If on skin: wash with plenty of water and soap. If in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do, and continue rinsing. Get medical advice if skin irritation, a rash or eye irritation persists.
